Cat Care

So you got yourself a cute little cat, and now don't know what to do to keep it healthy and happy? Well you're on the right page, because everything you need is right here. From nutrition to entertainment- we have you covered.

Nutrition

A cat's nutrition is one of the most important factors that can affect your pet's health, so make sure to feed your cat a variety of rich and nutritious foods, including fresh meat, eggs, and specialty cat food. There are, however, foods that could poison your cat and cause negative effects such as grapes, chocolate, onions and garlic.

Grooming

Cats are known for always cleaning themselves, which is true due to their constant licking of their coat, but it doesn't mean grooming isn't necessary. Regularly brushing your cat's fur will stop it's fur from forming fur mats, which is compacted knotted fur that can cause irritation and even rashes on your furry friend's skin.

Housing

Different cats can have wildly varrying levels of energy, so make sure your house is set up to support your cat's energy bursts. Do not forget to set up multiple high placed spots for your cat to sit on, as cats love to sit up high.

Entertainment

Cats require lots of attention, and when you're not home to give them that attention they will need to find ways to entertain themselves, so make sure to have lots of interactable toys around your house so your cat doesn't get bored. Constant boredom and lack of activity can make a cat depressed which will inevitably shorten its life span.
